Dr. Dube is a licensed clinical psychologist specializing in the treatment and evaluation of children, adolescents, and young adults with an array of learning, behavioral, and emotional difficulties. She has over 20 years of training and professional experience in the field, including over a decade supporting clients and families in the Washington, DC community.
Dr. Dube has extensive experience in conducting psychological assessments and providing individualized and group psychotherapy in private practice, school system, and psychiatric and hospital settings. Prior to establishing her own practice, she was a member of the psychological services team at the Lab School of Washington and Reservoir Psychology Group. She is trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Psychodynamic Therapy, and follows an integrative approach to treatment that is individualized to suit the needs and goals of each client.
Dr. Dube earned her doctoral degree in clinical psychology from George Washington University and is a graduate of Barnard College. She completed a postdoctoral fellowship at New York-Presbyterian Hospital/Weill Cornell Medical College, and a predoctoral internship at the Rusk Institute of Rehabilitation Medicine at NYU Langone Medical Center in New York City.
In addition to clinical practice, Dr. Dube has presented to fellow professionals, teachers, administrators, and parent groups on the topics of assessment, learning disorders, and management of emotional and behavioral disorders.
